STANDARD TRADE SHOW PROMOTION PACKAGE
- Choice of a 728x90 or 120x600 pixel banner ad in the General Run rotation on the World Wide Ag Network web site (found at www.WorldWideAg.net) for a period of 2 months* (other ad sizes also available at differing rates)
- Digital recording and professional editing of two on site or phone audio interviews featuring client’s representatives or customers before, during, or after the show.
- Regular comments about the client’s activities relative to the show on social media networks such as Twitter and Facebook along with trackable links to client information.
- Photos taken of client, client's exhibit space, or featured interviewees during the show and posting of photos to the web
- Featuring of client's product(s), services, or news release information via the World Wide Ag Network web site, email updates, and/or blog platform.
- Uploading of final edited audio/video files to web server or delivery via email
- Web hosting of audio/video files if necessary
- Archiving of audio/video interviews for later use use
- Optional: Interview segments can be upgraded to video for a nominal extra fee.
- Optional: A targeted email blast to opt-in ag producers around the country. (Can include links to interviews above.)
* General Run refers to ads of a given size that run in regular rotation with other ads in certain designated positions on any of the World Wide Ag Network
web site pages that are not already exclusively sponsored.
Farm Show special packages require a 50% downpayment with the balance due at the end of the contract period or 60 days after the show, whichever comes first, unless other arrangements have been made.
BONUS OFFER: Clients wishing to use our promotional package for more than one farm show will earn an additional 10% discount off on each additional show package booked.
